Quality Assurance Our inspectors and quality controllers conduct physical inspections of statistically selected staircases and locations after each cleaning.
An electronic quality report is then prepared and sent to the property office immediately after the inspection. The quality is rated on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best. All reports are registered at our headquarters, where we compile statistics on the ratings. Based on these, we can see that our average rating is 4.8.
We post self-monitoring forms in all staircases and locations where employees write the date and their initials, so we can verify their presence at the respective location. The self-monitoring form includes a description of the tasks to be performed, both daily and monthly, making it easy for residents to follow the cleaning process.

Cleaning Method For environmental reasons, we use a mop system that consumes far less water and soap than other systems while ensuring an effective cleaning result. The mops are free of microplastics and can be washed and reused.
For both the employees' work environment and more efficient dust and dirt collection, we use battery-powered backpack vacuums instead of sweeping.
All our cleaning agents are Swan-labeled.
